vortec heads and drive pulley system

i have a 350 4bolt that i'm using. i currently have the old thirdgen L98 drivebelt system. same a/c bracket, same power steering, alternator and water pump. will the vortec heads just bolt right in. Do the vortecs have the screw holes on the front side of the heads and are they in the right places?
