need advice
well today my engine quit on me and i had it towed to a dealer who told me the engine is locked up, so i need some advice on what to do.
I don't have the money or even interested in any performance engine right now just need transportation.
I have a 82 TA with the 305 carb engine.

Transmission: 4L80E/4L80E
Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
Find a used engine with a guarantee and install it. Could be either a 305 or 350.

will a 350 engine interfear with any computer stuff on my car.
I don't know anyone with a engine so i'm thinking i'm in trouble and am going to have to get a loan for a jasper engine and have it installed.
