i took the cover off my 700r4 one day when installing a mini starter and i seen that the flexplate kind of goes in and out. So some guys at work told me its either bent or the crank has too much play and the motor is junk. So i took a pry bar and stuck it behind the flexplate and pulled back and measured the oil pan to the balancer. Then took the pry bar and stuck it inbetween the pan and balancer. my crank has about 1/32" of play in it is this normal or is this something i should worry about taking the motor to 5500rpms at the track?
