I work at a Chevy dealer in the parts department. We're getting ready for inventory, and I was looking over one of the bins that was mainly GMPP heads. I noticed one that looked like it was sitting there for a while, and it was opened. I pulled it out, it had VORTEC cast into it. I ran the part# and it came up as a large port 215ccI, 85ccE head! (id have to 2x check the exhaust CC, cant remember exactly). The spring seats were machined out a good ways to accommodate large springs, overall looked better than my L31 heads Im running. Weird thing was IIRC wholesale on them was ~$300/head! 215cc heads for $600 doesnt sound like a bad deal to me, I might just step up to them. Anyone here running these? Even the parts guys Ive talked to said they've hardly sold any of them over the counter

Im gonna have to double check our catalogs, the part# I got was 25534351 but all the sites on the net are saying that its basically a re-worked Vortec head, but not large runner.
