hey everyone, ( yes ive searched for about a week )

I just recently put a new washer pump in and took apart the wiper system. I have the one that is mounted to the fire wall. When i opended it up the fisrt time I didnt know their was a drive pin, when i opended it up. I didn't realize to look at it when i took it apart.( yeh i know dumb move on my part)
so I tryed putting the drive pin in the little grove that is there.(marked green) didnt work. I tried putting the drive pin inbetween the two arrows ( in pic that it marked red }

My wipers just go up about an inch or not try and go down/ does not want to work on the lower speeds.

this is driving me insane, and while working on my car i got stung by a bee! stupid bee. my finger puffed up 2x the normaly size; i felt the bee's venom seep into my arm. quite a weird feeling

back on tract but different question how do you take the hood strusts off correctly?

The pin goes in the half moon. I would try cleaning the contacts between the cover the the printed circuit board.

 

does the "half moon" go above the drive pin or under it?

 

I'm not sure what you mean by that. The pin goes in the open part. The way they are aligned in the third pic is right (if you put in on without moving anything).
