327 Fuel Injection

I was thinking about building up a low compression 327 CI that I got for free just for running boost. I would like to get some sort of EFI, but I dont know much about the setups. Any ideas on what to use on a 327? Seeing as most SBCs dont rev as high I figured it might complicate my choice somewhat.

most SBCs dont rev as high
.... as what?

A 327 is no different from any other SBC in that regard. It revs however high the induction system allows it to rev; no more, and no less. Plenty of em were 2-barrel truck motors. Not much "rev" there.

You know how people turn their 350 into a 383 to go faster? Well, a 327 is the EXACT same thing, except in reverse: take a 350, and instead of ADDING ¼" of stroke, TAKE OUT ¼" of stroke. That's all it is. Nothing magical or mystical. If the 350 had existed FIRST, you could think of the 327 as GM taking a 350 and removing cubic inches to make it slower (or get better gas mileage, or have lower emissions, or whatever other excuse). It has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with "rev".

Putting FI on a 327 is not the slightest bit different from any other SBC in any way. Bolts right up. All the usual concerns about heads apply, none of which have any connection with the bore & stroke.
