Injector harness in order?

I just did an engine swap and may have crossed injector clips from the way they were originally, on my 1992 Z28. I see no number on the injector clips and was wondering do they go in a specific firing order, or does the computer handle this? The engines runs, but it is a somewhat radical 406 small block that needs a prom re-calibration, so it is not running correctly with the stock chip. Thanks for any info.

It doesn't matter, the injectors are batch-fired.

A little clarification: The right bank is all fired together as is the left one. It's OK to mix them up on the same side.
