1991 v6 tpi wont start

well i had to change my fuel filter, so i did (pump is fine) and after i changed it i dont know what to do..every once in awile it wants to start but dont...eney advice

~for some reason i think i half to bleed the lines or something but idk how

Try cycling the key 8 or 10 times. Just so the fuel pump runs, do not try to crank the motor. You will have to wait a few seconds or so between cycles, to be sure the pump runs. (should be able to hear it when it does.) After doing that, then try and start.
