Few questions on fuel pressure and an underdrive pulley?

Engine: 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: GM 9-Bolt
Few questions on fuel pressure and an underdrive pulley?
Ok question one
I plan on buying an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and i would like to know how much psi an L98 runs stock and what is a reasonable psi to run it at?
Question two
I also plan on buying a two piece underdrive pulley set and the only thing i am concerned about is my engine overheating? Will the underdrive pulley make my car overheat or just make the temperature rise? it has a 160 thermostat
