Can anyone point this obvious newbie towards the best reference guides for the GM 5.7L 350? I'm looking for both digital and printed media and am hoping the forum will help weed the 'chaff from the grain'.

How to Hotrod Small-Block Chevys. This should be required reading. Does not include roller cam engines but has a wealth of knowledge from sparkplug reading to pistons to carbs to history of the SBC etc.
Mine is in about 10 pieces from use.
John Lingenfelter on Modifying SB Chevy Engines.
Lingenfelter. Enough said.
The online (free) stuff that's "worthy" is all scattered out.
Cam stuff on cam makers websites, piston stuff on piston makers sites, crank&rod stuff on their sites etc.
For rebuilding a stock engine, a Haynes manual from the neighborhood parts store is sufficient.
