Quick question

I changed out my distributor cap, rotor, plug wires, and plugs. I am curious because I didn't mark them, where do the two plug wires with the longer boots go? Which cylinders. I assume they are there for a reason.

Also, I highly doubt I'm going to get the routing back into the stock configuaration, but close; can I route the cabled away from the exahust manifold and pretty much snake them where they need to go? Is there anything i need to watch out for?
