2.8 serpentine setup for L69 305?
I have a chance to pick up a serpentine setup off an 1985 Camaro but has the 2.8 engine. Would this setup work for L69?
Someone already told me not. But figured you guys would know best here. Just to make sure. I'd hate to pass it up if I don't have too.

No. 2.8 is a totally different animal. You'll need the setup off one of the V8 cars (305 and 350 use the same setup).

Anyting can fit.... but it would take more cutting and hacking than it's worth. It would be easier to get the parts off a small block chevy from a junkyard. They clean up nice, very cheap, and look a lot better.
