best way to change plugs 87 tpi

i just wanted some in put it looks real tough to get to! would from under the car be best or take the wheels off and go through the wheel wells by the a arms work? thanks for any input.

I have an 89 IROC with the 5.7 tpi and I had to do the last two on the passanger side (#5 & #7) and the last one on the driver side (#8) from under the car. The rest I could get from the top. I am not saying that they can't be changed from the top, just was easier from under the car.
