Serpentine Pulleys's...direct swap for V-belts or not?

Hey guys,

I just picked up a set of serpentine pulleys to convert my 84 T/A from V-belt to serpentine. I know that they moved the Alternator and A/C compressor to opposite sides in the later 80's (My alternator is on the passenger side)...and I know they I know about having to swap to a reverse rotation water pump and there is some wiring issues in moving the alternator, but can I just swap the v-belt pulleys for the serpentine pulleys or do I need to get a whole new set of accessories?
