Z06 springs

I found a set of stock Z06 valve springs on sdparts,
http://www.sdparts.com/product/12499...ringSet16.aspx
would these springs work on regular gm heads without machine work?

Re: Z06 springs

Depends on what heads.... For an LS1, maybe. For an LT, vortec, or earlier it would be better to buy the right springs.

Re: Z06 springs

Hmm, price is right for the specs.
Height measurements seem right.
See if you can find out what the ID and OD of them are. It says it's a good replacement for LS1 springs, so anyone know offhand what ID and OD those are?
