You know on the rim how they have that plastic circle that covers the nuts?

How to I get it off? I tried to screw it off and it won't budge... I don't want to crack it... I'm really shaken up right now. The car is fine.. I'm fine, just my tire popped off somehow and I need to put the spare on.

Are you serious? It pry's off with a screwdriver or the flat end of the factory lug wrench.
