which computer?
I don't know much about computers, ecms, all that stuff. (computer, ecm-same thing right?)
My 91 rs has a 350 truck motor in it with the original TBI and all accessories from the 305 on it. I think it has the original computer. I this hurting me? I don't know if there were differences in the computers or not.
If I'm going to get a chip burned anyway do I still need to change the computer?

no the computers are all the same its looking for a fuel air mixture it dosnt care how many cubs you have the prom you will need to change if you want more performance i went from a 305 to a 355 and changed nothing for some time then i wanted to go faster so i called summit and got a hypertech chip

That makes sense I guess. I will be modding later and will need a new prom, just wondered if the ecm was fine in the meantime.
