low voltage to fuel pump

how do u solve it?

if my voltage regulator is going bad could it be related?

Check the voltage at the battery?

I would say that it might be the relay giving up the ghost, check voltage into and out of the relay.

how do i check the relay? i mean...do i turn the key on, start the car, or leave it shutoff.
