crossfire injection issue
hey there. i just picked up an 83 z28 with the crossfire injection topend, sitting on the 305 bottom.
i just got the car today, and though it runs really well, there are two things besides a tune up that are bothering me.
first of all, in drive and neutral, it idles VERY high. this is my first camaro, so that could just be how they are...
secondly, as im slowing down, and the rpms are dropping (not sure of exact rpms, tach is not currently working), it kind of sputters. or moans, and then eventually gets back to steady idle.
im wondering if its a misfire, cause it does sound like its missing one in idle, ill find that out tomorrow hopefully when i install new plugs, but it has a fairly new accell distro and wires.
any help would be awesome, thanks

Re: crossfire injection issue
these cars need to be kept up on a monthly basis depending on how you drive check fuel pressure via the f.p. regulator mod available on crossfire injection vault, check timing replace all sensors and a tune up. should be fine after that just keep monitoring it
