Which Rockers To Use

Hey guys I have my motor running pretty good now, and when i hit 500 miles i'm going to check the valves. Right now i have stock steel gm rockers and I'm wanting to buy some new ones. My vortec heads were machined .010 to clear the bigger cam and prevent coil bind.

My first question is what roller rockers should i buy?
And could i go with 1.6?
Would i see a performance gain with 1.6 rockers or are the heads at their peak at around .500 valve lift?

Comp roller-tip Magnums, or if you really want to spend the money, Comp full-roller stainless steel Pro Magnums.

You could use 1.6 rockers for a small gain, but mostly they're a bandaid for a poor cam choice.

What kind of gains would i see? Are the full roller worth the extra $200?

On an XR270 I wouldn't bother.
