Got a 92' firebird been sitting in my drive way for a few now with no tags but covered up. I just started working a new job. I have some money 300$ but I don't know what would be the best thing to do first. Should I buy car insuarance and wait 1-2 months to be able to build up enough money to buy brakes, shocks, rear bump, and new head lights. Or should I just go fix my car now and then save up for insurance.

I haven't got the car inspected yet. What should I do?

 

Do you brakes/shocks/etc. I'd hate to see your story be another story that ends in another wrecked third gen because you decided to drive the car while it was not road worthy.

 

Yeah the thing is tho I can't drive it to get it inspected to tell all I'm gonna need because I have no tags. So i'm like meh

 

break pads are cheap.. but since u have to have it inspected.. make sure all the lights work, horn, wipers. basic saftey stuff.
