hey guys, theres this very loud and annoying rattling sound that comes from my serp belt setup. Its for a V-6 and seems to come from the alternator and tensioner side. I already changed the tensioner (second time actually) but it still makes noise and I changed the belt about 1,000 miles ago. I removed the alternator bracket to paint and reinstalled it but the noise is still there so I don;t think the bracket is loose....

This only happens when the a/c is on. I don;t know if its the compressor causing this, but I changed that recently, but this noise was around with the old compressor as well. Any suggestions? As always, thanks in advance!
