P/N for S10 heated o2 harness pigtail???!!!
P/N for S10 heated o2 harness pigtail???!!!
I just ordered the 3-wire heated oxygen sensor for the 1993 Chevy S10 4.3L to use with the headers on my 92 GTA. I ordered the Denso brand version with the factory weatherpack connector, Denso PN: 234-3094.
I'm hoping somebody here has the GM P/N for the engine harness pigtial that I can plug the sensor into?
I want the install to be as perfect and factory looking as possible.
Thanks!
EDIT: Looks like the GM P/N for the male harness pigtail might be 12101923, same as the pigtial for the TPS IIRC. Can anyone confirm that?
Also, how can I best wire this thing up? I read to use the pink wire going to the distrubutor as the power, and if I remember there is a ground from the distributor to the firewall I can use as a ground right?
Thanks!

Re: P/N for S10 heated o2 harness pigtail???!!!
Bueler?!
I guess I'll find out if that was the right P/N because I just ordered from GMpartsDirect yesterday.
In order to keep the original harness connector on the engine harness, I'm going to cut the connector off my old o2, wire it into the new pigtail so it snaps into the factory harness for the signal wire. Then I'm going to hook the power wire on the pigtail to the positive wire for the distributor and the negative pigtail wire to the firewall ground for the distributor.
Nice and clean
