What mods are best
What mods are best
I have an 88 camaro, IROC-Z. I purchased it from a private owner about 2 months ago and i want to know how i can boost my performance most efficiently. It has just under 90K miles and already has headers, a flow master exhaust, and i suspect it has a high perfomance cam and a shift kit. The exhaust however is a single pipe coming from my headers and also sags low, causing scraping at times. So a new exhaust system would be an option. Any new mods that are not too expensive but efficient are what i am looking for. I have thought about maybe chipping it and fitting a CAI for it.

Get some tunning equipment and do lots of reading. Tunning can be fun with all the info on TGO.
If I had to mod my car all over agian I would start with tunning I love my EBL--

You will love doing the suspension! It will handle and grab like nothing you've felt before. Only grandma hugs tighter than Spohn suspension.

I would definitely start with suspension mods. Also replace the sway bar, torque arms bushings with polyurethane.

well just my
make sure its roadworthy . tires , brakes , lights etc. . then intake , exhaust ( nothing wrong with flowmaster , i'm sure it can be tucked up closer ) . then ignition ( i like M.S.D. because i have used them for years with good results and perfomance ) . others are also good . A.C. plugs are hard to beat . then suspension , with normal operation o.e.m. stuff is o.k. . if your going to race of any type or kind then ck. poly bushings and struts . o.e.m. stuff is better than most people give credit . good luck , have fun .
