lightweight pistons/crank

does anyone know how much of a difference in throttle response and power lightweight pistons crank and rods make?

Saw a post by Joe Sherman on this subject. Now he goes for the real lightweight stuff and he was saying he has seen anywhere from .15 to .30 et gain at the track.

I would suspect if you can knock say 7 pounds or more off the crank and 50 grams off the rods and pistons you are going to pick up some et time.
