camaro wont start need help tried everything

i have a 91 camaro rs with a 3.1 in it. i went to start my car and it would not do anything. when i turn the key there is no noise at all. the guages all go up when i try to start it but besides that nothing happens i thought it was the starter so i replaced that and i replaced the ignition switch on the steering column and that didnt work either. i did some research and found out that the vats system is known for problems in these cars so i checked it out i took out my key cylinder and the two wires on it were rubbed raw and came apart i fixed them and still nothing happened i bought a bypass kit on ebay which comes with all of the possible resisters for the vats i tried all of them and i still can not get it to do anything the battery is fully charged if i jump the starter it will turn over but wont run any help would be greatly appreciated

DON'T THROW YOUR CAR INTO THE EBAY !

Can you hear your fuel pump turn on?

(You should hear your fuel pump running for approximately one second after you turn the ignition to the RUN position.

However in a properly operating car you should hear the pump the first time you put it the run position only.

Because the pressure takes time to bleed down the test can be performed once in a while only.

If YES then you know your VATS, key, and associated circuitry is OK.

We hope you didn’t make an easy repair difficult by installing that Ebay “fix”.)

Anyway you need to answer the question from line one first.
