Best NB O2 sensor?

Car: camaro rs
Engine: 305 tbi and 350 on stand
Transmission: 4spd auto
Best NB O2 sensor?
I'm talking about the direct fit 1 wire type for now.
autoparts warehouse lists the following brands :
Generic universal (no brand)
Walker
Bosch
Denso
SNG
Beck Arnley
Standard
Delphi
Which one works the best though? Would i benefit much from a heated setup if i'm not doing any ECM work ? I passed emissions but my HC levels were still quite high compared to the CO and NO readings. I have to double check the timing but i'm willing to put the money on the O2 sensor getting tired.
