350 head choice
I've found a set of 416's for 50$. I was thinking vortec or trickflow aluminums for a 350 build.
I've heard ported 416's are another cheap alternative. Will these heads w. 1.94 intake valves support 375 horsepower / 375 lb-ft?

Re: 350 head choice
Ported properly, I think they could. They are among the best factory castings for a budget performance build. Vortecs would be better, but the #416 are a pretty good head too.
