my blower fan is aweful

i replace the fan motor last year. it barely blows any air, almost like something is blocking the flow of air. its really bad, i know that it should blow allot more air than it does. especially since the fan motor was replaced last year. what is going on here?

it does blow air through all of the vents, but the volume of air is really pitiful.

I suppose the new fan could be shooting craps. You might remove it and see how it does out of the box.
