i'm finally gonna un-clutter my engine compartment with a a/c delete pulley and rip all that stuff out. my question is if i can just use the stock a/c box for the heat still and not have to get a ac delete box

yes u can but i would recomend getting a AC delete box. it will really give u alot more room around that side of the motor.... for like the last couple header bolts etc.
thanks, id also like to known if the f-bodys had transmission coolant lines, i'm pretty sure they didn't but i don't want to be ripping the wrong stuff out.

they do, they screw into the radiator. they're a lot smaller than the AC lines so you shouldn't be able to mess that up

trans lines arent actually cooler lines... they recurculate the fluid in the tranny resovour in the the radiator... which is GMs definition of a trans cooler lol. it does help so it works and u could call those lines trans cooler lines but its not a dedicated cooler.
the trans lines are the only 2 lines together on the pass side of the engine they are 5/16" and attach to the radiator on the pass side, one on the top and one towards the bottom, u cant really mess it up
