I was wondering if any one had a list of v6 parts 3.1l already made?

 

Save the money you were going to spend on parts, and put a factory V-8 in the car, also be sure to change to the V-8 transmission as they are different, the six-cyl automatics have fewr clutches and will burn under a V-8 motor. 305s can be had from junkyards complete on the cheap. Then theres tons of direction from there. More money=more power. Unless you plan to spend some serious cash and time reworking a six-cyl to go turbo (possibility) or supercharged (also possible) I suggest you not bother with it.

Depending on your homes emissions requirements, you can do a carbed 305 or 350 for under $2000. Start looking in the engine section for good engine build posts. Any engine can output more than its stock form, general upgrades usually include freer flowing exhaust, light weight replacement interior and exterior pieces, any major engine machining work can be done but would require custom ECM tuning along with spark and fuel upgrading.
