Serpentine setup questions

Can I use the serpentine off a v6, or does it have to come off of an 8? and I was at the bone yard today. other than the one camaro v6 all the other serpentine setups are off of tbi trucks. would that work? i know the alternator is on the other side and I'd have to acquire some delete pulleys for AIR, and A/C

Re: Serpentine setup questions

The v-6 stuff wont work. You can find a s-10 blazer with the 4.3 v-6 and use those brackets and accessories. They are identical to the camaro's v-8 brackets.
The fullsize truck brackets wont work either; They are too big to fit in your car.
Good luck! Nice looking car, LOL.

Re: Serpentine setup questions

Yes. the 4.3 liter brackets are the same. You won't need a delete pulley for the AIR pump, but will need one for A/C. Get an S-10 belt for it as well.
