L69 camshaft change computer friendly?

Do you have to change the computer if you change the cam on any 305 HO L69? How radical can you go with a cam before the stock computer gives you trouble?

It's fairly tolerant of cam changes. You're completely safe if you get a "computer compatible" cam. Keeping overlap down and LSA up are the keys. 230 @ .050" and 110 LSA are usually safe.
