Can AnyOne Help Me?
I have a 84 Chevy Camaro with a 305 LG4 engine for it.
Can anyone give me some advice on how to get me engine to produce up to 300 horsepower but still keep it emission legal (California)

until januaryfirst of 2009, it was possible, but now...sorry. Now your only hope is the ZZ4 conversion kit, not just the engine, but the entire deal. This was just covered last week for someone else. But thanks to GM, you can do it, amnd have it be california legal, and get 308 hp and 367 ft-lbs torque.

But other than that find a smog shop where the mechanic will be leanant (SP?) to the proportion of the money he receives. That's what my dad did when we lived there (3 years ago)
