Surface Rust in Water Jackets

Surface Rust in Water Jackets

Well i just got a 400 Small block and it has been cleaned, hot tanked, magnafluxed, bored 30 over and honed but it was surface rust in the water jackets and i was wondering how can i clean the rust out..

they water jackets are going to be full of water, they will rust. If the block has been hot tanked, cleaned ect, your are fine to leave it alone.
