406 Cylinder Heads

Im wondering how would the heads work with a 406 SBC flat top pistons.. and im looking to put out 400+ HP & TQ on pump gas.. http://summitracing.com/parts/BRO-1021007/

Those heads seem like a good fit for a 406 with a medium sized cam, something like a 280 adv. duration.
