No oil flow over rockers

No oil flow over rockers
I have a 1989 Iroc Convertible with a 160,000 miles that stopped on me.
I have normal oil pressure on the gauge. Took one of the valve cover off and noticed that there is no oil flowing over the rockers. Any thoughts besides the oil pump?

if the engine is not locked there should be a different reason for your problem, but please explain in better detail what happened...thanks
