Complete a/c
Hey all,
I dont have an air conditioner or any of the parts pertaining to it. I got rid of all the smog, and a/c stuff and i didnt do the cleanest job of it. Does anyone have an idea of how much the entire a/c system would cost, plus installation.

Did you yank the evaporator coil too? Or just the stuff under the hood? Assuming just the stuff under the hood, you will need hoses, dryer, compressor, condensor and brackets and stuff. My advice is to go to a junk yard and yank all that stuff off a car there. Get a new dryer and compressor. Figure about $400 to $500 bucks that way.

I pulled out everything that could physically be removed and tried to get that heater looking thing out of the plastic piece attached to the firewall on the passenger side. I may have hit it with a sledge a couple of times too.
