We are fixing this car up but we are having one problem it will start and idle
but when I put it into gear it starts to die out . So what could be my problem?

Could be a sticky IAC
Could be too low of timing
Could even just need a tune-up

dare to keep kids off drugs. ya i remember that. made me not want a cigarette ever. haha. i think if you can rev the engine in park then your time could be fine. but when it stalls can you start it up right away? i think the idle speed to set too low, or timing is off.

i wonder if the dare program is funded by the tobacco company. the cops used to tell me i can get high off off gas in the 6th grade. raised my hand, "i can?" ha
