Oil on outside of plug.
I have oil deposits on the outside (ceramic) of the number 8 plug only. it gets covered in it. it looks like my valve cover seals are good.

They are probably not that good! i'd at least tighten them or replace that side...

could high volume oil pump be causing this?
I dont get any oil in any other places...
