code 32 egr vaccum solenoid

87 Trans Am GTA 5.7 TPI.
My check engine light is on I read code 32 egr vacuum solenoid checked it removed it cleaned it new hoses etc still check engine light on and same code. Unplugged it cleared it and still same, can anyone help with this please
