my 355 tpi has a mild lunati cam, world product heads and a fully built tpi setup. since i assembled it it has no power past 3000 rpm before that its ok but it should have alot more down low then it does and was told it shoots flames when i downshift also the smell of fuel is ridiculouse near the exhaust. i was told a bad distributor would do this but i dont know how to check that also i know i need a fuel pump soon it has a lower psi during revs so any advice would be greatly apreciated
