My quick question is because i'm almost always a nervous wreck,lol. Whats the average running temp range you want to be in. Mine bounces from 220 to 250. Just had it rebuilt so i'm worrying more than I should,lol.

Either way,after 3 months,its back on the road. Took it exhaust shop, didn't have carb return spring on the carb so he almost ramped it off the rack,lol. Said its the first time he has done a burn out with a car 8 feet in the air... That and just wanted to say thanks to all who helped answer what questions came up during the build.

 

250 is way too high, I know that much.

 

I hit 220 at stoplights and long stops...that's when the electric fans usually kick in and hold it there or bring it down until I get some ram air going. 230 is the highest I've seen in mine....5.7 TPI
