The bird has a miss

Hi everybody. I have an 89 formula 350 with about 120,000 on it. I've done a 5 speed swap, headers, full exhaust, no cats, ac and smog delete pullies, and a sinister performance chip. The car ran fine for a while but has developed a miss lately. At first it was just every now and then but now its pretty much constant. I've changed the plugs and the cap and button so far. I'm going to change the plug wires next. A friend of mine did the old gear head trick and held a dollar in front of my exhaust and every now and the it looked like it actually tried to suck the dollar up the tail pipe. He said that usually points to something in the valve train, like a bent valve or somthing. I was just wondering if any of you guys have any suggestions for somthing to try. Thanks guys.

Dave

Check resistance of your fuel injectors. (engine at operating temp first please.)

Check all of the wires and pigtails that connect to your ignition coil and distributor as well. A had a couple of damaged wires that caused this problem.
