Upgrading my intake
I have an LG4 motor and I want to upgrade my intake. I'm currently running an Edelbrock 1406 on the stock intake and when I look at upgrade options on edelbrocks website (yes, I want an edelbrock intake, I want everything to match), it keeps basing models on certain cyl head types and I dont know what types I have. Anyone know what '87 LG4's used for heads?

Anyone else able to tell me? Even an educated guess would help a bit.

If you have an '87 and it has the stock '87 LG4, you need the '87-up pattern Performer intake.
(FWIW, I can't imagine an Edelbrock Performer carb being a good match to anything.)
