HELP PLEASE
Hi, I have a 91 camaro RS and the motor turns over very slow and wont start. New battery. I swapped from the tpi to a 350 carb. It does have higher compression about 10:1. Getting 12V every where so i need some help please.

Are all your grounds back in place? Check your ground cable at your battery and all the ones around your engine.

sounds like low battery voltage or a weak starter.Check your battery voltage with a meter,if that's good,either your starter is weak or your timing is advanced way too far.
