Figured I'd put this here just so you folks can see that I'm making a little headway into getting it running again

It runs and drives, just running super rich (turned the regulator down, doubt it helped but at least I'm not overpressuring the carb) needs to be jetted. Exhaust coming this upcoming monday.
I'm also having a bit of a problem with rocker arm nuts backing out. Any remedies for this?
