where is the air diverter valve?

Engine: 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: GM 10 bolt
where is the air diverter valve?

where do I find it?

Above the passenger side valve cover, near the front. It will have a bunch of rubber hoses with plastic clamps and 4 wires with two connectors on it.
