wondering if this is a good combo and what you would pay i have a friend trying to sell me the set up the heads are fully assembled they are pro topline iron lightning heads 64cc 2.02 1.60 and comp cams xe274 cam and lifters he said he installed aftermarket springs set up to handle .575 lift i wanna know if you think this would be a decent set up for my 355 i have aluminum edelbrock intake and a holley 750cfm carb.... he wants 850$ for the set up and he said all i need is gaskets and he will help me install let me know what ya think asap hes been bugging me all day i need to give him an answer before he sells it on craigslist..... ps its all brand new never been used

They're well matched to each other, but they belong on a 10.5:1 383, not your 350.
