stock fuel pump

I had a six cylinder bird I put a 383 in it TPis big mouth manifold,runners,32lb.injectors but I left the stock fuel pump in it,now it wont idle and runs rough do I need to put a high out put fuel pump in it.Thank you.

What's your fuel pressure when you're having problems?

You should put in a better fuel pump, but it shouldn't be causing idle problems just because it's a V6 pump.

I set it at 50 with the key on
